Vacation Rundown

I'm back from vacation as of midnight last night.   We had such a good time!  We went to a tiny little island in the Bahamas called Spanish Wells.  We loved it.  It was super low key and so tiny that we just drove a golf cart around all week, but we did have to remember to drive on the "wrong" side of the road.

Except for the day we rented a "hoopty swaggerwager" to ferry over and explore another island near by.

No ma'am...no actual car rental places where we were.  We just called the local gas station and ended up with this sweet ride.     I told Jeremy he's super lucky that cars have never really been my thing.  And thank the Lord it had air conditioning!

Then another day when we rented a boat out of someone's front yard to head over to another small island and hang out with swimming pigs.

I give the trip a solid 10!  And I came home loving my man more than ever!

Not much time for a lot tonight while I dig out of vacation hole so I thought I'd just treat you to some Eye Candy and share of a bunch of new & restocked goodies that came in while I was gone.

These sweet edible messages are so amazing!  Designed and baked in our Bake Shoppe kitchen by Kiss Me Cookies, they come with edible markers so you can write your kiddo's name on the back pack, or write them or their teacher a little encouragement on the notebook paper.  The three pack cookie sets also make great lunch box treats!  Available this week.  Cookies are heat sealed and will still be fresh for the first day of school next week.

Freshwater Designs is one of my favorite new finds this year.  A sister-owned small business out of Augusta, Georgia,  these girls create handmade goods from Genuine Leather.  Everything from hats, keychains, luggage tags, and these witty new leather pet tags.  I have smiled so much over these.  I handpicked each one because I could totally imagine our Charlie wearing them.   "Rub my Belly for Good Luck" is my favorite but I let the kids pick the one they wanted him to keep so they picked the "Did Someone Say Walk?"  and that's probably the perfect one for him.

We also restocked a couple other favorites from Freshwater this week.

These bracelets are made with raw gemstone beads and the leather tags are made to inspire.  If you look closely you'll also see there are 3 wooden beads in the back of each one that are included for diffusing essential oils.  We love multipurpose gifts!

...also restocked in our favorite retro inspired leather + velvet keychains.
