I hope you all had the best day with the Dad's in your life Sunday! We celebrated Jeremy at home, it was a pretty low key day...and got to have phone chats with our dads. In addition to taking and preparing tons of Father's Day orders for this past weekend, (Thank you everyone who treated Dad with our cupcakes, GOPO, Charcuterie boxes, cookies and other goodies!!) the last two Saturdays we've also had back to back showers in the Gathering Room and it's been so fun to celebrate babies and brides. June is just flying by!
As of now, July and August have several Saturdays available in the Gathering Room so if you're needing to shower someone soon, we'd love to help you. You can read more about our Gathering Room packages HERE, or call the shop. But FAIR WARNING, September and October are typically much busier shower months so if you're planning a fall shower...it's not too early to book the space!
We're also open all week Tuesday - Saturday for gift shopping. So many cute baby things in the shop right now.

Jeremy and I had a rare night out Saturday night and had the best time. One of his "gym friends" threw a big 40th birthday bash. It was 80's themed which I wasn't informed about until we were about ready to walk out the door, so with no 80's gear on hand...we showed up like this.
...but we still had lots of fun! Everyone one else totally rocked their 80's gear with loads of neon pink & yellow. A healthy dose of heavy metal band t-shirts and the guest of honor was the Macho Man Randy Savage. There was even an appearance by Doc from back to the future.
And guess who won "Best Karaoke Solo"? Yep. Me. I won all this loot to take home to my kiddos...singing Blondie's One Way or Another. I love me some Karaoke!!

In between Karaoke performances the DJ played all the fun 80's songs and we danced, and danced and danced! Super fun night...Happy Birthday Derek! Thanks for a great party.
