Thanksgiving was a much needed break for Jeremy, the kids and I. We traveled down to Anderson, MO to stay with his parents for the weekend and also got to have some time with his brother's family.
It's hard not to feel guilty being away from the shop on such an important weekend. I miss seeing all of you who take the time to support Plume on Black Friday & Small Business Saturday, and it means the world to me. With both of our families out of town, we've always made Thanksgiving weekend with one of them a priority, and one that I'm so grateful to my team for making possible. For sure couldn't do it without them.
The days leading up to us pulling out of town Thursday morning were long and stressful trying to make sure every possible detail was covered for Plume to thrive in my absence. So by the time we pulled into Anderson on Thursday, the break was even more appreciated. We came home mid-day on Sunday and put up our Christmas Tree...ate pizza...and had family movie night.
Now...here we are...and it's almost December! And you know what that means?
