For the love...

We enjoyed another pretty low-key weekend at home but we're super excited that my parents get to come this weekend for our "rescheduled Christmas"!   YAY!

The kids are of-course thrilled with their extra days off.  I'm always partially conflicted. I love slower mornings when I don't have to rush them out the door at 7AM to get to school. But my productivity definitely hits a LOW.   

In the midst of the kids and their friends in the house today, I did manage to bake a breakfast casserole, a batch of cookies, and a nice dinner for us + some laundry.

...for the love. 

It was nothing fancy, but dinner time came, everyone ate, no one complained or fought.  I'll take that as a win.
