Our Open Houses are our most popular events each season! Tickets help us avoid overcrowding and provide the most fun & enjoyable experience for our guests. Please purchase a ticket for the window of time you wish to attend. Each person attending in your group, including all children over the age of 2, will need a ticket.
TICKETED TIME SLOTS are 45 Minutes beginning every hour. Guests enter through our Gathering Room entrance where you'll receive your goodie bag and shopping coupon. You may arrive anytime during your 45 minute time slot, but we ask you to please be considerate of those who will be arriving in the time slot following yours.

Grab your ticket early, we've extended our hours to offer as much flexibility and accommodate as many guests as possible. However, we do expect peak times to sell out (Especially on Saturday).
